Lily, whose pedigree name was Carothan Lilly of the Water, was a bullmastiff that was bred by the former Emperor of Austenasia, the now Emperor Father Terry. She held the position of Mascot of the Order of the Bullmastiff from 4 April 2017 until her death in January the following year, and as well as being the most recent holder of the title was the first Mascot not to live in Austenasia.

Lily was the only surviving offspring of Rose, the first Mascot of the Order of the Bullmastiff. She was born on 27 June 2010 at a veterinarian surgery in Wimbledon, the only surviving puppy in a litter of four; her three brothers were stillborn.

A few months after her birth, Lily was sold to a family who live in the British county of Surrey, and was visited by members of the Austenasian Imperial Family at her new home on 31 October 2010 and on 4 June 2011.

After the death of her mother, Rose, the title Mascot of the Order of the Bullmastiff (practically the ceremonial embodiment of the Empire's national animal) went to Edd (another, distantly related bullmastiff owned by the Imperial Family: Rose's fourth cousin once removed, and Lily's second cousin once removed through her father). Upon Edd's death in April 2017, Lily was automatically and immediately appointed the next Mascot under an Imperial Decree passed by Emperor Jonathan I on 3 May 2014.

Lily began to experience health problems in November 2017, and passed away on 26 January the following year as the last surviving member of the Carothan kennel of bullmastiffs. Lily would posthumously receive the Weimar Service Award in 2019.
