The 1st federal election of the People's Federation of Quebec is scheduled to be held on 31 October, where both the offices of Vice President and Prime Minister are up for election. The main contest is the election for the Vice-President of Quebec; the independent incumbent Jack Morris is currently the only candidate. The latter of the two contests is for the Prime Minister of Quebec. Currently the incumbent Hankery Jenkinson is running against Leon Montan and Charles Burgardt, all from the Communist Party. This is the first election for the People's Federation of Quebec since the founding of the nation.
The Communist Party’s last candidate is Supreme Councilman, Leon Montan. Under Montan’s campaign, some of his ideas are too have a less isolatedQuebec. The main role for the Prime Minister is mainly a diplomatic-role of the nation. They are responsible for most foreign relations and meetings and summits.[1] Leon would preferably go further with this role establishing more relations with other micronations.

Other platform ideas are to be a more active Prime Minister than the incumbent, Hankery Jenkinson. Lastly, Montan wants to see a more Marxist and socialist Quebec. Due to this, his campaign slogan is, "If you want freedom and socialism, vote Montan."

Morris decided to run for Vice President after completing a term sense the founding of Quebec. Morris is running as an independent politician as his proposal to create a conservative party was dismissed by the Supreme Council as Quebec operates as a one-party state. Currently, there are no declared candidates to run against Morris, thus said there will be an "abstain" option on the ballot on election day. Morris is projected to win due to the circumstances in the election.
Incumbent Prime Minister, Hankery Jenkinson, decided to run for Prime Minister after completing an appointed term (by Aidan McGrath) since the founding of Quebec. Jenkinson, like the rest of the candidates, is running as a member of the Communist Party. The next candidate from the Communist Party, Charles Burgardt, is running for the position while serving in the Supreme Council and formerly other nations associated with the President and his allies. Lastly Leon Montan is running for the position who is also currently serving in the Supreme Council. Out of one opinion poll, Montan is projected to win the Prime Ministership.
