A heatwave hit the Kingdom of West Kaurakuja on 7 June 2019, with temperatures peaking at 32 °C (90 °F) in the mainland province. The heatwave caused a minor drought in the mainland province due to high temperatures. The heatwave continued until 8 June 2019.
