The first Presidential Election in 11B was held in September 2020, with three Candidates running for the Presidency. Two candidates were affiliated (to the same party) and one candidate came out as an Independent.

The Election was won by a Partit Patatista Candidate, who was declared winner, and President Democratic Communist Republic.
