The 2021 Wamongian Snap Elections came on 16 April 2021 due to the nation's adoption of a new constitution. This constitution forced a new a election to be held, as it dissolved the tricameral legislature and made it unicameral, separated the People's Tribunal into a separate body, and forced the President to run again. It ended with a landslide victory for the Working People's Duighanist Party, which was the only party that ran in the election. The next election will be held on 15 February 2023, in line with the next national census and the celebration of 4 years of independence.
