Administration of Bolgajna
The territory of Bolgajna is divided into 4 parts of the country, 26 territories, 1 capital and 4 cities with territorial rights, 7 settlements. Of the 7 settlements, 5 are cities (of which 1 is the capital, 4 are cities with provincial rights) and 2 are villages. All provinces and cities with provincial rights have a local government, and Labor (which has more autonomy than other cities with provincial rights) also has its own parliament. Cities with provincial rights do not form an administrative territorial unit separate from the provinces, but they have some rights only possessed by the provinces, and their self-government differs from that of other cities and from Labor. A special administrative unit is the autonomous regions, which are usually small-sized territorial units that have at least provincial-level self-government. Armonika and Kréta are such footpaths.
Provinces
Provinces are the most significant, autonomous and highest administrative units of Bolgajna. Provinces are usually larger than territories, but there are exceptions. The national territory of Cserpang is larger than Thury and Nosztre combined, each province is divided into territories or autonomous territories. There are four provinces in total.
Areas
Territories are smaller administrative units of the Provinces with less autonomy. They are mostly used in economic surveys. Territories are the least significant administrative units. Not all provinces have cities or other settlements, as they are not all autonomous public administrations.
