Ahmet Aliyev (Ikhsen: پىشلاق ئادەم; born 13 November 1942) is the second Chairman of Tungristan only in 2022 and had the shortest term of any ruler in Tungristan. He was the former Vice Chairman of Tungristan from 2003 to 2022. He is the 2nd & current Secretary of the Socialist Party of Tungristan from 2022. He was the only President of Revolutionary Tungristan from 1998 to 1999.
