Aleksy Gwaj, known also as Amir Gwaj, Woijiech Nowak, and Peter Julius was born on 29 June 2007 in Craigavon, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom, his mother was born in Opole, Poland. His father was born in Poland, but the city is unknown. On 12 October 2021 Aleksy Gwaj founded Mochten, and served as the first and only King of Mochten until 18 February 2022. He served as the 1st President of Norbritonia from 26 March 2021 to 6 March 2022, when he was overthrown by Thomas Jacobs.
He had been a political figure in Roscamistan from early 2022 to mid 2023.
