Alex Francis, MAO is an Austenasian politician and Imperial Navy non-commissioned officer from the City of New Richmond. Francis currently serves as Mayor of New Richmond.
Francis began his involvement in local politics following his appointment as Police Inspector of the New Richmond Police Force on 7 March 2019 by Home Secretary Brooklyn Hewitt. Following the resignation of Captain William Hewitt as Mayor, Francis was appointed Acting Mayor by the New Richmond City Council on 24 April 2019, and was elected as such the following month.
Francis resides in the Borough of Alexandria with his girlfriend. He is a member of the Imperial Party, and was appointed a Member of the Austenasian Order on Imperium Day 2019.
