Andrew I (full name Andrew Michael Perdomo, Pontunian: Andrej Mihajlo Perdomo) is the first and incumbent King of Pontchartrain-Maurepas, second Prince of New Nidaros, pretender to the Throne of the Empire of Ela'r'oech, as well as a notable right-wing micronational politician, attorney, businessman, musician, and aristocrat. He is a founding member of the musical duo Momentum. He will be posthumously styled Volcavius, in a similar fashion to Emperors of Japan.
Personal and early life
Andrew I was born on 29 December 2005 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in the aftermath of the destruction of New Orleans by Hurricane Katrina. His family was living in New Orleans before Katrina, but it required them to flee. In early 2006, after Perdomo’s father started a roofing business to capitalize on the destruction, his family moved to the Greater New Orleans area. He originally went to a Catholic school in kindergarten, but he transferred to an Episcopal School in 1st grade. There he met his current love interest, but left in 5th grade due to personal reasons. He went to another Episcopal school in 6th, but left in 7th for Archbishop Rummel High School the following year.
He is fluent in English, Castilian Spanish and somewhat understands Latin, plays piano and is involved in Shōrin-ryū Karate.

On 12 January, Andrew was coronated Duke of Pontchartrain-Maurepas. His symbolic crowning of himself in the likes of Napoleon cemented the tradition of Ducal Supremacy and Neo-Feudal administration. His father, Eric Perdomo, Lord of the Floridian March, became the heir apparent and his regent. However, on 16 January the Regency was abolished at the First Council of Lafeniere, as a committee of vassals (Most notable being Leif Olson, the future Prime Minister) debated the regency, and proclaimed that only an incapable leader requires a regency. Eric still is the heir apparent. The Duke is a vocal right-winger and supports President Trump, as well as refusing to recognize Nicolas Maduro as president of Venezuela. He is a promoter of monarchy in Germany and other countries, and a Roman Catholic. He has refused to recognise Joe Biden as a capable President. In addition to being a politician, he has served as an attorney and as an ambassador for Austenasia and the State of Vishwamitra, representing Louisiana. On September 28, 2021, he was granted the Ela'r'oech Golden Cross with Charles's reasoning behind it going towards Andrew's contributions to the Elarian culture.
