An absolute monarch, Anthony-Marshall established the Kingdom of Bir Tawil on 19 October 2018, and subsequently saw the creation of the House of Marshall, the Constitution of Bir Tawil being passed, and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. During the Territorial Era which began in April 2019, Anthony-Marshall greatly expanded the size of the Kingdom. This prompted him to revive the Bir Tawil Empire, however it would later be fully abolished on 21 December 2020. Anthony-Marshall is credited for most of Bir Tawils cultural, diplomatic, industrial and political development, specifically with a large emphasis on Tawial heraldry and vexillology.
