The Atlantis Assembly was an elected body that holds the legislative power in the Federation of Atlantis. The Assembly was coordinate by the Governor of Atlantis who nominated also among the members the Mayor of Caprica to coordinate the works in the capital. The Mayor directed the Caprica City Authority.
