Baltish Kross (BKR) – the monetary unit currently used in Baltia.

Kross is divided into 100 orcs. The symbol kr is used to denote it.

According to one version, the name kross comes from the Old Baltian word кросс (cross) - "cross". Originally, the name of the Baltish currency was supposed to be "across", but in the end it was decided that kross was the Baltish currency.

Referendum on the introduction of the euro

Following the example of the Baltish kross, some currencies of other countries also bear this name and are produced by the National Bank of Baltia.

In 2022, a replacement of the Baltish kross with the euro was considered, but the government and most citizens rejected the idea. When Croatia introduced the euro in 2023 and its prices and economy suffered greatly, the Balts are almost completely reluctant and almost 90% of citizens rejected the idea.
