Bernardo Barcelos (Itaboraí, Brazil, 19 January 1998) is a Brazilian-born Ebenthali politician who has served as Chancellor of Ebenthal since 30 July 2023. He previously was Minister of Commerce under Henri Sãens, having been the longest serving in the position. A member of the New Democrats, he is a member of the House of Councillors for Bauerai. Out of politics, Bernardo works as a librarian in the Brazilian National Archives.
