The Border Service Medal (Thai:เหรียญราชการชายแดน) was created to give to military officials on the border and for the honor of border military officials with the appearance of a golden coin issued with gold.
Coin characteristics


The silk band is purple and white with a war elephant-shaped medal and the words รักชาติ and ๒๕๖๓ on the front of the coin. The back of the medal is engraved with the words รักชาติ รักดินแดน.
Conferment
The medal is given to both domestic and foreign military officials who have served more than five years in border service or to senior military commanders.
Privilege
Receiving this medal will receive an additional thousand tales of civil servants' salaries and receive special welfare privileges in the Huai Siao army.
