His Majesty Eugene I (born 7 January 2002), also known as Eugene Smith and Bryce Smith is an American micronationalist currently reigning as the monarch of the United Kingdom of Serramwen since 7 January 2021. Apart from his own micronation, he is also involved with Vishwamitra. and formerly with Monmark, Begon, Dracul and Sancratosia.
Personal life
Eugene, commonly known as Bryce, was born on 7 January 2002 in the area of Caldwell County, North Carolina, United States. He spent his childhood in Caldwell County, North Carolina.
Micronational career
Eugene entered micronationalism formally on 7 January 2021 after he established a micronation in his home called the Kingdom of Serramwen, which is a constitutional monarchy located in North Carolina. He has also joined the Commonwealth of Dracul, and was involved within the community, serving as a Bran District City Council Chairman from 23 July 2021 until 23 October 2021 and served as the first Trade Representative for Dracul from 20 September till 23 October 2021. He also served as the 5th Attorney General for Dracul from 20 September 2021 till 23 October 2021.
He also served in various micronational positions including the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Ela'r'oech from 1 October 2021 till November 2021.
He also served in the Principality of Sancratosia as the first Minister of Society serving in office between 17 May 2022 until resigning on 5 March 2023.
On 10 July 2023, he was appointed as the Administrator of the Vishwamitran overseas territory of Roanoke succeeding Arturo Lara who had earlier resigned from office.
