The CONPACT Bloc is a loose voting bloc that has been present in the Cupertino Alliance since October 2020. It is composed of several member states and delegates of the Cupertino Alliance who are also present in the invite-only Constantia Pact. Originally, the CONPACT Bloc was composed primarily of members of the micronational group chat The Fun Gang, however in late 2021, several members of the Tough Organisation of Elite Stuff and delegates from outside these groups became a part of the bloc.
