Calabaza is a district in the Republic of Phillip that is completely surrounded by the United States. The district is landlocked and is located in the relative area of the North Hillsborough Territory. The district is tied with the Orue District as the third most populated subdivision in Phillip and is the second-largest district by land. The capital of the district is Bosque, which is its only official settlement. Calabaza consists mostly of uninhabitable swampland and forests.

Etymology

The word "Calabaza" is Spanish for "Pumpkin". It was named this way by Phillip founder Cooper Norfolk because pumpkins are grown in the district.

Geography

Calabaza is landlocked and completely surrounded by the United States. The district is almost sixteen meters above mean sea level, which makes it safer from flooding than the rest of Phillip is. It’s the most northern district in Phillip, but not the most northern subdivision.

The district consists of a residential property that is mostly land, a pool, and uninhabited forests and swamps.

Demographics

The Ministry of Citizenship states that the population of Calabaza is four people, all of which are members of National Assembly Rep. Madison Marcos’ family. 100% of the district is Caucasian and are Atheists, making it the only subdivision of Phillip that does not have a citizen affiliated with an organized religion residing within it. English is the first language of everyone in the district, but Hungarian is spoken by the older population.

Only 25% of Bolston has registered with a political party. Residents are represented by the Richardson Party, which 100% of the population affiliates with.

Government

The current Governor of Calabaza is Minister of Corporations Owen Itzen of Los Nacionalistas Libres. Even though Itzen does not reside within the district, he was still appointed as Governor by current President Jaxson Renny.
