It is not shown on its member pages, unless the corresponding user preference (appearance → show hidden categories) is set.

This is an administrative category for category description pages that have been tagged as empty using {{db-c1}} or {{db-catempty}}, and will be eligible for deletion after that tag has remained in place for seven days.
