The Cernograd Sovereign Raion (Snagovian: Раиону Сувєран Чєрноград) is a raion in the Snagovian village of Siliștea. It is the only territory that is under full Snagovian sovereignity. It is also the centre of the Snacosmos, the Snagovian Space Agency.
