Changdao, officially the Changdao Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China is a city and special administrative region of China (de jure), located on the northern coast of Pomorie, Bulgaria.
History
The territory of Changdao is almost abandoned and the local government that controlled the territory left it. So a group of people came to the lands of Changdao to establish this region with respect to China. The territory is protected by the Changdao Border Service.
