The Charter of the Empire of Pavlov is the Charter signed initially on 14 October 2016 between the Empire of Pavlov and numerous other states being annexed into the Empire. It is the basic law of the Empire of Pavlov. Following a separatist uprising in a Constituent country of the Empire in November, it was deemed that the administrative structure needed to change and an amendment on the Charter was signed 7 December the same year.
