The Christian Workers' Party, often abbreviated as CWP, is a political party in the Integralist Republic of Harambanistan. Founded on 24 June 2022 by Paul Peterson and Benedict Baltz, the Christian Workers' Party has been the ruling party of Harambanistan for the entire duration of the country's independence, its status being enshrined in the Constitution. It is Harambanistan's sole legal political party.
Saint Joseph the Worker is the patron saint of the party.
Organization
The Central Committee is the highest organ of party leadership when a party congress is not in session. The Chairman of the Central Committee serves as the leader of the party as a whole.
Politburo
The organ responsible for setting government policy is the Political Bureau of the Central Committee, commonly called the Politburo. The Politburo follows the principle of collective leadership and makes decisions by consensus. It consists of the most important officials in the party and government.

Secretariat
The administrative arm of the Christian Workers' Party is the Secretariat, headed by the First Secretary. It oversees the various departments of the party, including the Propaganda Department.
Ideology
The ideology of the Christian Workers' Party is integralism with Harambanistani characteristics, an adaptation of integralism and distributism to the particular circumstances of Harambanistan. Major goals of integralism with Harambanistani characteristics include promoting a mixed regime in the Aristotelian sense, the wide distribution of the means of production, and the upholding of Catholic teaching as the basis for government and law.
