College of the Noble Families

The College of the Noble Families (in italian: Collegio delle Famiglie Nobili or simply Collegio dei Nobili) is a constitutional body of the Decracy of Vilthia. It is commonly known as Vicinia. The College is composed of the heads of the noble families, the owners of the lands that make up the nation. Its function is the election of the Sovereign of the Decracy of Vilthia in a meeting called Conclave. Only the heads of the 5 Great Houses are eligible for the office of Sovereign.

Membership

Those who own land in the Nation automatically acquire a noble title, depending on the size of the area they own. As a result, the number of members of the College is variable.
Its current membership is 36.
