History
The CWO was founded July 14, 2020, alongside the Compen Alliance, Compen Law & Justice (CLJ), and The Compen Intelligence & Surveillance (CIS). On July 14, 2020, it released its logo. Later that day they released their first official weather forecast. After that they created a list showing a list of weather warnings. The CWO now publishes a daily forecast and daily weather warnings.
Forecast
The daily forecast is a very detailed map of every county in the USA it rained in, going from least severe to most severe, light green, dark green, yellow, red. The first forecast showed over 100 counties where it had rained. The daily list of weather warnings is released every day at noon EST, and the forecast is released everyday at 10 PM EST.
