Concorde, officially Concorde, Capital Administrative Region (Concorde C.A.R.) is the capital city and the administrative centre of Eintrachtia with a population of Eintrachtian citizens estimated 20. It is located within the Capital Administrative Region of Eintrachtia in the Portuguese municipality of Setubal, with a coastline along the Setubal bay area which has been a major fishing port since the beginning of the 20th century.
Government
The governmental body of Concorde is made up of the Municipal Council, the legislative body of the municipal government, the Governor and the Mayor. The Municipal Council consists of the Municipal Council-Assembly and the Municipal Court, which is directly managed by the Royal Court of Appeal of Eintrachtia. The Governor is the head of the Capital Administrative Region while the Mayor is the head of the municipality of Concorde, both share equal powers within the Municipal Council, while nominally the Governor is of higher governmental rank.
