The Confederate States of Felinuscatonia, better know as Catonia, is a micronation located in the Spanish territory, in the provinces of Soria and Albacete. It's the legal succesor of the United Cats States and Gallinio, as a refoundation of it.
At the finals of 2016, Pedro, the founder of United Cats States and Gallinio, also knows as UEGG due the Spanish acronym, express his wishes to make a refoundation of his nation due the continue prejudices that the UEGG was suffered due his symbols and his name. The 2 august of 2017, after several moths of adaptation, the new name was established.
The micronation is a confederation where all his Member States has large indepence and soberign, also the confederation has non-autonomus territories like Places of Sovereignty and Claimed territories. Catonia has a tricameral system, which is composed into Council of Catonia, Minister Council and Militar Junta.
The constitutional governor of Catonia is the Catciller, which is elected in a presidential elections together with the Prime Minister. Both has to selected the Ministers of the Minister Council.
Due the Emergency State declared the 4 march of 2017 when the micronation was still named as United Cats States and Gallinio, the Confederation is ruled by the Militar Junta.

Member State
The Member States are territories with large autonomy and total sovereignty. Every Memeber State have a sit if the Council of Catonia, which is represented by each head of state. At the moment, there are 2 Member State:

Extinct Member States
Since the creation of UEGG, several Member States has been disabled. A Member State can be disabled when the State's goverment is unable to be formed and controll the territory. The most common situation to be disabled is that the nation has lost all his citizens.
When a Member States is disabled, it becames a protectorate.

Places of Sovereignty
The Places of Sovereignty are non-autonomus territories which are controllated directly by the Central Goverment. Every Places of Sovereignty has it's own governor which has the obligation of inform to the Central Goverment about the situation of the territory, the Places of Sovereignty can have some autonomus copetencies and the right to self determination as a Member State or to be anexed into one Member State, depending on the Treat Union. If any citizen is living out of any controlled territory, his place of residence will be considered as a Places of Sovereignty.

Territory Under External Administration (Protectorate)
A Territory Under External Administration, also known as Protectorate, is an ex-Member State that have been disabled. When a Member State is declared disabled, the Member State that is historiclary closest to it, has the right to administrate it as an external subject of his territory, without the permission to anexed it.

Claimed territory
A claimed territoy is a territory that is claimed by a confederal subject or the Central Goverment by diffent reasons like cultural and historical ties but it hasn´t got any control under it.
The Central Goverment has expressed disagreement with the claimed territories, specially with the large extensions.

Council of Catonia, Minister Council and Militar Junta.
Goverment and politics
Catonia has a confederal system with three chambers, similar as a presidential republic, which head of state is the Catciller and head of goverment are the Catciller and the Prime Minister. Together they form the Central Goverment and the Minister Council.
Catonia is ruled by a constitution, in which it is collected the functions of the goverment, chambers and territories.
Council of Catonia
The Council of Catonia is formed by the head of state of every Member State.
It is responsible for decisions that directly affect the entire Confederation.
Minister Council
The Minister Council is formed by the ministers of the Central Goverment, elected by the Catciller and the Prime Minister, and the General Comander, the leader of the Armed Forces, elected by the Militar Junta.
In this chamber the decrees or laws that do not group the Confederation as a whole are approved, and on exceptional occasions they must have the approval of the Council of Catonia.
Militar Junta
The Militar Junta is formed by the leaders of the Armed Forces. They have to elect the General Comander, who will be in the charge permanetly until a resignation or a motion of censure.
This chamber has the deber to protect, keep the order and security in the confederation.
During emergency times, this chamber will be the only one authorized to act and govern the nation, as now.
