Constituent Assembly is an assembly established in Foundland in charge of writing the Foundlandian Constitution.

History

After the formation, the government of Foundland considered a written constitution to regulate the operation of the government. On 1 October 2021, the Technology Minister Vân Tinh Nghiên Tuyết proposed to the President the establishment of a Constituent Assembly. The Constituent Assembly was established on the same day, members are the president, the head of government and all ministers. The first meeting was held on 15 October, therefore the preamble and some articles were drafted at the meeting. TIn November, the constitutional process came to a halt due to less participationhe second meeting was held on 31 October. After the second meeting, process came to a halt due to less participation.
