The Constituent Assembly was the second unicameral constituent assembly of Roscamistan, created by the Constituent Assembly act [1] which mandated a specific amount of members of the assembly. The National Assembly still held the legislative power, however the Constituent Assembly held the power of creating a new constitution for the Republic before 14 January 2023. The President of the Republic was the chair of the Assembly. After the January coup, the assembly was dissolved by force.
