The Constitution of Irudirea is the Supreme Law of the Empire of Irudirea. It wasn't be approved yet. Is in proccces of written for, the first part (Monarchy and Militarity) by the emperor Angel I, the second part (laws and duties) for the politic Javier.

It is a push and pull between the government wants to have the emperor constitution and some you want to give the opposition liberalist.

Opening Brief

His Imperial Majesty Angel I, Emperor of Irudirea.

Know world: That the Imperial Courts have adopted the following Constitution that the emperor has ratified: The State of Irudirea, in their quest for Justice, Freedom and Security, therefore the good of its citizens who compose , exercising its sovereignty proclaims the following opinions:

Ensuring democratic civic life of all citizens under the Constitution and the laws according to a socio- economic order to the state fees.

Strengthening the rule of law that ensures the rule of law as an expression of the triumph of civilization over human amorality.

Protect all citizens of the United Nation Irudirea using mass human rights adopted by supranational bodies and institutions that make up the State.

Promoting economic progress to ensure all citizens a minimum quality of life to be worthy .

Consequently, the Imperial Parliament approves and ratifies the honorable Emperor for all who see and understand the following Constitution.

Title 1

About the Armed Forces: 2 articles that resumes the obligations of the soldiers, and leave must give written laws for the creation of the Armed Forces.

Title 2

About the monarchs: 8 articles about the rights and duties of the monarchs.

Title 3

About the citizens: 37 articles about the rights and duties of the citizens. With two sections and 4 chapters.

Title 4

About the Imperial Courts: The work of the parliament, and the way of approve laws, and types of laws.
