PurposeTo establish the organization of the government of the Kingdom of Aspen.

The Constitution of the Kingdom of Aspen is the fundamental law of the Kingdom of Aspen. The Constitution outlines the frame of government, its functions and powers as well as guaranteed human rights.

The first constitution of the Kingdom of Aspen was ratified on the twenty-first of February 2019 and served as the replacement to the provisional charter. The First Constitution was officially repealed and replaced by the Installation of Parliament Act which reformed the government to a parliamentary system and abolished the chancellery.

The Installation of Parliament Act was amended by the Parliament Act 2019 and this system of an uncodified constitution lasted until the creation of the current constitution on the thirtieth of March 2021.
