This is the document giving each office in government its powers, as well as ensuring the rights of every citizen and enforces laws to protect the population.

SECTION ONE: GOVERNMENT STRUCTURE

ARTICLE ONE: POWERS OF THE KING

The King has absolute authority over all offices of government. The King appoints, fires, and manages all offices in the government. He may also ratify any amendment to the constitution any time he wants.

ARTICLE TWO: POWERS OF THE NOBILITY

The Nobility are hereditary titles appointed by the King. Nobles have absolute authority over their prospective regions that they govern, but must submit to the will of the King. Nobles also are by default part of the House of Lords, an advisory council to the King

ARTICLE THREE: THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS

The council of ministers is an advisory council to the king, with the minister from each ministry being on it upon appointment. These ministries being: Ministry of Defense Ministry of Economics Ministry of Wildlife Ministry of Law Enforcement Ministry of Agriculture (Subject to Change)

ARTICLE FOUR: SUCCESSION LAWS

The transfer of the office of King, upon the death or abdication of the previous, is passed down either hereditarily or, should the King have an unsuitable heir, passed to the oldest sibling of the king, should nobody be found, it is passed to the uncle, then down their children should their be no suitable heir there either. The office of king is passed to the oldest male child, unless there are no males, in which case it will be passed to the eldest daughter.

SECTION TWO: BILL OF RIGHTS

  1. The Kingdom finds these laws to be God Given, thus unable to be taken from the people by the government.
  2. The right to bear arms by the people, so as to defend themselves from fellow citizens, or from government agents breaching their office, shall not be revoked.
  3. The right to be free from persecution based on Race, Color, Gender, or Ethnicity, is necessary to have a liberated populous
  4. The right to speak freely, barring suggestion of abolition of the monarchy, will and cannot be infringed.

SECTION THREE: LAWS

  1. Murder is punishable by death
  2. Theft is punishable ranging from a fine of $20 to 10 years in prison, potentially more.
  3. No use or pedaling of lethal substances is tolerated and is punishable from a fine to prison time
  4. News outlets misleading the public are banned completely
  5. Cheating on your partner is illegal
  6. The state only recognizes marriages performed by an ordained clergyman.
