The Cross of Johann I was the only and all-encompassing decoration awarded in Roskya. It was created between the thirteenth and eighteenth of March in 2021, and announced the day after by resolution of the Council of Ministers on the nineteenth. The chivalric order was intended to be the only one awarded and therefore features a grand total of six ranks. Knight or Dame, Officer, Commander, Grand Commander, Grand Cross and Grand Cross with Collar. The order features a set of insignias ranging from ribbon bars to collars, sashes and medals; though no versions of the order have been physically created. When awarded, the recipient receives consent to recreate and bear the marks and insignias that they are entitled to as well as a certificate to print at their discretion. For the two highest grades, the recipient is entitled to a grant of arms at their initiative, sponsored by the state, with the order around it. For any grade, the recipient is entitled to use a set of post-nominals depending on the grade.

During its short lifespan between its introduction on the 19th of March 2021 and the dissolution of Roskya on the 9th of July of the same year, the order was designated to a total of 6 individuals by the king's ruling, all of which through Royal Decree no. 10 on the 15th of April. For the only recipient entitled to a coat of arms, the Chancellor at the time and Duke of Fox Ridge, a coat of arms was never made.
