Culture of Tropicana

Tropicanan Culture is the pattern of activity and symbolism associated with the Democratic Republic of Tropicana and its people. As a micronation located in the United Kingdom, aspects of the culture are similar to western culture.

Language

English is currently the only language spoken within the Democratic Republic.

Media and Broadcasting

Under the totalitarian regime all media and broadcasting outlets are state owned and managed by members of government and the Workers' Party of Tropicana.

Religion

Under the current regime there is no national religion - with state atheism being instituted. However despite this there has currently been no laws restricting or prohibiting religion or the practising religion.

Politics

Despite the nation legislated as being a Semi-Presidential Republic, the nation is currently under a totalitarian regime with the President of Tropicana wielding absolute power over the nation. As well as this the Prime Minister of Tropicana wields significant political influence.
