Džoltovolk (Russian: Джолтоволк, Albanian: Xholtovolk) is the (proposed) capital and largest city of Akharnes yet to be built. The exact whereabouts of where the city will be built remain unknown, with Akharnes' president Edward Jacobs proposing south of Sazan island as a possible area of building the city and Emmanuel Tsompanoglou, Minister of Defense of the FRA and Džoltovolk's city plan builder, finding north-eastern Sazan a prosperous area. When will Džoltovolk's construction begin, has not been yet announced.
On September 16, 2013 Emmanuel Tsompanoglou was elected Mayor.
