Dean Liddell was the first head of state and founder of the Republic of Macéyon. Dean Liddell is the founder and leader of the International Micronational Mapping Org. Dean established the nation of the Republic of Macéyon on the 27th of May 2019. Being the first head of state of Macéyon, he is defining the way the head of state to be like for the nation's future. The republic is no longer active.
