The Decree of the Recognition of States is an Imperial Decree in Forestria. It was designed in early 2022. On the first of April, the Emperor finished the draft and signed said draft.[1]

Article One; Preamble
- This Decree shall be known as the Decree of the Recognition of States.
- It will be documented as: Decree Number One; Alternatively: DE.1.00.28-RS1
- It shall be signed by the Emperor and ratified by the Senate of the Empire
Article Two; Recognitions
Part One: Empire of Austenasia
- Austenasia will be informally recognized under this Decree:
- Austenasia will be notified of their recognition through letter and email
- The DoFaIR will be requested to recognize the sovereignty of Austenasia and it’s Crown Colonies
- The DoFaIR will be requested to recognize Austenasia’s claim to the Throne of the Roman and Byzantine Empires
