The Decree on Land is a presidential decree passed in the Republic of Lugrad. It is the oldest piece of legislation and the oldest presidential decree in Lugrad, being passed by President Colin Skyler on 18 March 2023.
Terms
The decree abolishes privately owned land, bringing all land under directly under government ownership. The decree also states that non-governmental land use requires government permission.
The repealing clause also states that the decree can only be repealed by the President of Lugrad.
