The Delphian-Ocean States War was a conflict waged between Reunited Ocean States and the Federal States of Delphia. It began on the 3rd of May after Delphia refused an ultimatum from Reunited Ocean States regarding the Delphian territory of Fort Inter. The war ended on the 4th of June with a peace treaty.

Background

Tensions initially began when Reunited Ocean States demanded that Delphia cede the territory of Fort Inter back to Ocean States. The Delphian government did not respond, and promptly Reunited Ocean States declared war on Delphia.

Timeline

The war began when Reunited Ocean States issued a declaration of war against the Federal States of Delphia due to their refusal to cede Fort Inter back to Ocean States. Soldiers from Ocean States conducted an invasion of Fort Inter on the 10th of May, 2021. On 12 May, the Kingdom of Nueva Esocia declared diplomatic support for Delphia, but this has done little to assist in the Delphian war effort.
