Dennis Garza is the Chief Supreme Court Justice for the Commonwealth of Dracul and was the second Secretary of Defense.
On 11 November 2017, Garza helped establish the Commonwealth of Dracul with Founder Dmitri Howie and Stephen Luke. The goal was to create a micronation, that excelled in all areas of government, as well as freedom.

Dennis Garza was born on 15 November 1979 in the City of San Antonio, Texas.
Micronational career
Garza began his interest in Micronations in 2017, while watching YouTube Videos and reading forums. It wasn't until the end of 2017 when Garza was invited to Dracul by Stephen Luke.
Personal life
Outside of micronationalism, Dennis Garza spends most of his time working in veteran affairs and running his own private business.
