Dick Smith

Dick Smith is an Australian-Badu Parkian politician and military commander. He is probably the only normal person involved with the Inner West Park Annexation Movement.

Biography

Dick Smith was born on September 21, 1968, in Goulburn, New South Wales. He was born into middle-class family, his mother and father ran a small plumbing business. Dick Smith attended Goulburn South Public School & Goulburn High School. Dick Smith was known as a quiet, mild tempered student who academic record was not outstanding but good anyway. He was part of the popular clique but was not known as a bully. Dick Smith passed years 11 and 12. After Smith left school he enlisted in the Royal Australian Air Force air defence command but was rejected due to physical ineptitude. He instead enlisted with the RAN fleet air arm and moved down to Nowra. He spent the 1980s flying Westland Wessex helicopters for the Royal Australian Navy. In 1990 he was discharged from the military after injuring his arm while playing rugby union. After being discharged he moved down to Sydney to pursue a career as a pilot for Ansett Australia. In 1992 while traversing the airport terminal he met a man named Japitty Cumquat, who recently returned from his trip to the middle east. He engaged in a conversation with Japitty Cumquat who began to speak on his ambition to establish a micronation. They became friends and exchanged numbers and began to meet up regularly. When Ansett ceased operations in 2001, Dick Smith became a pilot for Qantas and flew for the airline until 2019 when Japitty convinced him to quit his job and become his air force's commander and pilot. In the same year he had a falling out with Japitty Cumquat which resulted in cumquat attacking him. They made up but Dick Smith was demoted.

Political Views & Personal Life

Dick Smith has no strong ideological connection to Badu Park or Japitty Cumquat. He has stated publicly his disdain for capitalism and other right wing ideologies but is not particularly fond of communism or socialism. He is known to vote for the Labour party in Australian elections despite his parents being strong Nationals voters.

Dick Smith is married and has 2 sons, named Frank and Martin. His wife works as a paediatrician
