The District of Victory is the least populated District in Lasetia. It is politically relevant because the Victoria IK, who lives there mannes several Ministries in Lasetia. The District of Victory became a Territory 14 March 2023 and is the third District incorporated in Lasetia. The Gouverneur is Victoria IK and will stay one as long the District remains Lasetian Ground because she is the only Person living there.

History

Victory was incoporated 14 March 2023 by Victoria IK. because of an Invite from Maximilian IB. The Name Victory is used because it is similar to the name of the Gouverneur. 20 March Victoria IK. applied for citizenship and got accepted the same day so the Incorporation of Victory is fully legal.

Geography

Because the District of Victory is located very urban, there is not much Nature inside of the District. There are no Subdivisions as Underdistricts because the District of Victory is technically a Underdistrict or a Nanonation.

Economy

The Economy in the District of Victory is not as strong as the in the other Districts. In the District the focus lays more online rather than in the real world.

Law and Politics

The District of Victory has an impact on the Politics of Lasetia because 14% of all people in Lasetia are from Victory. There is still a Gouverneur, which reign is de facto for ever and this post of Gouverneur is manned by Victoria IK. The Impact of Victory is big because the only citizen there, manns the Ministry of Justice, Law and Crime, Climate and Nature, Social and Families and Culture and Language. But these Ministry post are all manned provisional by her, until new people join the State.
