The Duchy of Paemania was created as a Province of the Empire of Holcetaea on 22 March 2008 while the Emperor was making visits throughout the Empire. The Duchy came about after Codi, Count of Colfena acquired more territory. Codi I is the current Grand Duke of Paemania.
