The EMPASA, officially the European Micronational Publishing and Statistics Association (formally the EAMS) is a statistics and data publishing association for European micronations. Nations can only join if they are based in, or have integral territories within, the continent of Europe.

It was officially established as the EAMS by Larry Martin on the 15th of July 2021, with the closure of the BIMA. On the 28th of December 2021, it was reformed into the EMPASA.
