Eastern Transdonia, officially known as the English Confederation, was a council set up on 11 September 2013 in Eastern Transdonia. The People's Republic of England's national council (Union of Parties of Communism) rejected secession and the Confederacy as illegal.

Civil War

Relations between East and West Transdonia (officially known as the Provisional People's Committee for Britain it became the People's Republic of England on 30 September 2013) was poor, due that the P.P.C.B. forbid the English Confederation to have human slaves as property. On 26 September 2013, civil war came between two warring areas, East and West of Transdonia. The Provisional People's Committee of Britain declared war on the Confederacy. The P.P.C.B. National Council follows communism, they dislike the idea of slavery and believe that the people should be treated equally. Luke Walker borrowed the idea of the 13th Amendment and began the election for the constitution to abolish slavery on 28 September 2013. On 6 October 2013, the elections for the 13th Amendment to the People's Republic of England's constitution have passed, from that day slavery and involuntary servitude were abolished. 8 October 2013, the English Confederation surrenders and restores the east to the People's Republic of England. The next day on 9 October 2013, The English Confederation collapsed.

Eastern Transdonia is located mostly on a strip of land of Transdonia, between the United Kingdom and UK controlled areas of Transdonia. Containing the national capital, Carr Town.

The Eastern leaders met in Carr Town, to write their constitution. Much of the English Confederation Constitution replicated the People's Republic of England Constitution verbatim, but it contained several explicit protections of the institution of slavery including provisions for the recognition and protection of slavery.

The only two "formal, national, functioning, civilian administrative bodies" in the Civil War East were the Jimmy Stevens administration and the Confederate Senates. The Confederacy was begun by the Provisional Senate in Convention at Carr Town. It had one vote per city in a unicameral assembly.
