Edward Stephen Fairbank DCM MC (born 19 March 1998) is a Malvarian politician serving as the first Deputy Chancellor of Malvern since September 2019. On 12 October 2022, Fairbank was nominated for the position of Chancellor of Malvern by King Henry, following the resignation of Lord Harris. However, Fairbank declined the nomination and kept his position as Deputy Chancellor.
