Elarian Building #1 was a key area in the Alarian War. It is a building holding ACBIC Inc.'s services. ACBIC Inc. is an Elarian-Exclusive business investing in swiss rolls for Ela'r'oech and it's economy. Alarian forces attempted to siege the building until Elarian forces captured a soldier keeping him in the building until the signing of the peace treaty and the end of the war. It is in Da'a'ck, Ela'r'oech. It is an area where the King of Ela'r'oech and other micronational leaders meet. It was previously located in Da'a'ck, Ela'r'oech, however later moved to Da'a'ck Ela'r'oech's new location after previously being given to the Republic of Worrell as a gift.
