Elections in Urabbaparcensia are a feature of the parliamentary democracy of Urabba Parks Pty Ltd.
Legal basis
Elections to the House of Ordinaries
Subsection 24 of the Urabbaparcensian Constitution provides that the House of Ordinaries is directly elected by the members of Urabba Parks Pty Ltd.[Constitution 1] Section 30 of the Constitution prescribes the eligibility for electors of the House.[Constitution 2]
