The Emperor of Saspearian, also known by its initials, EOS is a position given to the ruler of Saspearian. Emperor Anthony I is the first and only person as of now who has this title. The Emperor has absolute power over the nation's government as Saspearian is currently an Absolute Monarchy. The term length for the Emperor is for life or until abdication, with succession occurring either through appointment by the Emperor or bloodline.

| Emperor Anthony I is the founder, first, and current leader of Saspearian, who formerly served as the leader of the short-lived and now-defunct Saspearian Congress, which was comprised of 7 delegates, he wrote and ratified the Saspearian Declaration of Independence. Emperor Anthony I was inaugurated as the Emperor of the newly founded Saspearian on 20 October 2017.
