The Community of Esis Beola is a planned community located in the Chipola District of Northudankton, situated in the western part of Florida. The community is currently in development and is set to become the human-scale capital of Northudankton in the future. The community began as the "East Duikienin community project" in late March 2023 when considerations for the second Northudankton development shifted to the Northu-owned territory in Florida. Naming for the new community started as East Duikienin for the new lands East of Duikienin, it eventually evolved into what is now known as "Esis Beola".

The community is being built using eco-friendly materials and features several gardens and farms, which provide fresh produce for residents. The goal of the Esis Beola project is to create a sustainable, self-sufficient community that is in harmony with its natural surroundings.
